PAYMENT DETAILS: |

Confirm booking by payment of a 50% deposit with the balance payable on arrival. |

Deposits and Cancellations: |
|

a) Weekends, long weekends & short term bookings (<one month) - Bookings will be confirmed within one day and in the event of a cancellation, and no new tenant can be found, the full deposit wil be forfeited. |
|
|
|
b) Holiday periods & advance bookings (>one month) - In the event of a cancellation within one month after booking, an amount equal to 10% of the deposit will be retained to cover admin costs. The balance of the deposit will be paid by cheque immediately. No cancellation after this period will be accepted and the full deposit will therefor be forfeited. |
